Algas-SDI Operations & Maintenance Manual P/N 52632

FULL LOAD CURRENT CHECK

Measure the current on each of the three heater power wires when the
contactors are closed.

See the Data Sheet or Nameplate

on the vaporizer for

the correct reading (line current) for your vaporizer. All three wires should have
equal re/- 3%.

If current readings are uniformly low, you have a low voltage. If current readings
are very different from each other, you may have a defective heater, defective
wiring or open fuse links.
