3. When the cutting/tearing position offset is not zero, or the distance Q between the beginning

print-position and the cutting/tearing position is greater than the inherent mechanical value Q

of the printer (shown as figure 7-5), the calculation of the beginning print-position offset of “GS

4. The inherent mechanical value of the printer: L

Examples for the black mark orientation control command of specified bill (Take D model as an
example):

The examples below assume that the paper tear position is on the printer tearing part, L

= 67mm,

= 29mm (as Figure 1 shows).

[Example 1] Bill requirement: Cutting/tearing position is on the preprint black mark position, and

beginning print-position of every bill is 32mm from the cutting /tearing position.
