Troubleshooting

If nothing helps

Question

How to Resolve

The PocketDISH is frozen, 
none of the buttons work.

You have activated the “Lock 
keyboard” option.

■

Press the bottom Setup key 
until the padlock icon is 
highlighted.

■

Press the center Setup key to 
unlock the keys.

■

Do a reset by pressing and 
holding OFF for at least 
10 seconds, or until the 
PocketDISH shuts down, then 
turn the PocketDISH back on 
and try again.

■

If you still need assistance
