5 Can I use PocketDISH and
AC/DC adapter abroad?

Yes you can. The AC/DC
adapter can be used between
100Vac-240Vac / 50Hz-60Hz.
Question Possible Cause How to Resolve
1 I cannot transfer the DISH
Network content from the
PocketDISH to another
device. DISH Network content is
encrypted and meant for
private use only.

This is normal. The content
that you have subscribed to
cannot be transferred to
another device.
2 I cannot find my DISH
Network audio recordings. These recordings are listed in
the Video folder of the
PocketDISH.
■
This is normal. On the DVR,
the DISH Network audio
recordings are also saved in
the “My Recordings” list.
3 I don’t hear any sound from
my headset. The in-line volume control of
the headset is set to minimum.
■
Adjust the in-line volume
control to a higher level until
sound is heard.
The PocketDISH volume is set
too low or minimum.
■
On PocketDISH, use the
key to increase the volume.
