The induction hob cannot detect
the dish, because it is unsuitable for

centered.
Use only dishes, which are suitable for
induction heating.
Center the dish and make sure that the
bottom matches the size of the cooking
zone.
Induction hob or the cooking zone turns itself off unexpectedly,
a beep sounds and an error code appears (typically alternating with
one or two digits on the timer display)
Technical malfunction.
Note the error code, switch off the power
supply to the induction hob and call
service.
DIAGNOSTICS AND MALFUNCTION INDICATION
The induction hob is equipped with an automatic diagnostics. The technician is able to verify the functionality
of a number of components without dismantling the hob.
Do not dismantle and repair the hob by yourself! Risk of injury and damage to the hob!

Wait until the hob temperature returns to
normal. Press ON/OFF to switch the appliance
on again.

High temperature of the sensor of the ceramic
hob (#2)

High temperature of the IGBT inverter (#1)
Wait until the temperature of the IGBT
transistors returns to normal. Press ON/OFF to
switch the appliance on again. Check if the fan
is running smoothly. If necessary, replace it.
E6
High temperature of the IGBT inverter (#2)
No automatic reset
F3/F6
Malfunction of the temperature sensor of the
ceramic hob – short circuit (F3 for #1, F6 for
#2)
Check the connection or replace the
temperature sensor of the ceramic hob.
F4/F7
Malfunction of the temperature sensor of the
ceramic hob – disconnected circuit (F4 for #1,
F7 for #2)
Check the connection or replace the
temperature sensor of the ceramic hob.
F5/F8
Malfunction of the temperature sensor of the
ceramic hob – faulty circuit (F5 for #1, F8 for
