If there is no normal operational storage volume created in the system, a data folder
can not be created.
Figure 3-64 shows “Add Folder” option in the system.

The following parameters must be set to create a new data folder:
(1) Name: The name, which is entered, is the physical name of the folder that will be
displayed on the system.
(2) Storage Volume: Select the folder and put it in any created storage volume.
(3) Path: The actual path, where the folder is stored in a storage volume.
(4) Comment: Comments for the created folder, its contents will be displayed in the
network environment.
(5) Default Access Privilege: Set the default access mode as “Write” or “Read-Only.”
