6.9.6 Curve Graph

The

Curve Graph

(Figure 6-25) presents a graphical representation of the calibration data.

Figure 6-25: Curve Graph

Outliers may be removed and the standard curve recalculated. All results will also be
recalculated and a new report may be generated. To remove outliers, choose the outlier to be
removed by unselecting the checkbox associated with that standard. Once the standard
checkbox is unselected, the standard curve will be redrawn without the standard included. To
generate a new report, press the Reprocess button in the lower right corner of the screen
(circled red) in Figure 6-26. A plate ID for the new data will be the original plate ID
appended with a “reprocessed” flag. To send reprocessed data to the LIS, select the Transmit
button in the upper right corner of the screen (circled yellow) Figure 6-26.
