Power Status Check

The following indicators indicate the PC and its power supply status:



Power LED



DC IN/Battery indicator

Table 2-1

Power button ring LED (Power LED)

Power LED

PC status

Blue

Indicates the computer is turned on.

Blinking Blue

Indicates that the computer is in Sleep Mode (S0ix,
Modern standby)

No light

Indicates that the computer is turned off or in
Hibernation Mode.

The power supply controller displays the power supply status with the DC IN/Battery
indicator as listed in the tables below.

Indicates the AC adaptor is connected and the battery

Indicates the AC adaptor is connected and the battery
is charging.

Flashing White

Indicates a problem with the computer.

Indicates the battery charge is low.
The AC adaptor must be connected in order to
recharge the battery.

No light

Indicates the AC adaptor is not connected.
Or the battery pack is not installed.
In the case of other than the above, there might be a
problem on the battery.
