Install the springs of tensioning segments  - first on the pin in  the housing and then into the hole on the 
segment. Use a small sharp pliers

Before installing the cover of the tensioners be sure that the chain is not twisted and can turn freely 

-

 

In case of need fill up the oil into the wheel housing, total quantity is 100ml of MOBILUX EP004 

-

 

Clean and degrease sealing surfaces  

-

 

Apply silicone sealant 

  

 

 
-

 

Install the wheel – see 

6.13 Replacement of the wheel shaft, bearings and the chain tensioners
