Release the wiring from the servomotor

Remove 3 bolts Imbus M6x20  

 

 

-

 

Remove the chain from the servomotor sprocket 

-

 

Remove the servomotor from the girder 

 

 

-

 

Remove the sprocket from the servomotor shaft 

 
Mounting:  (Take the above steps in reverse order) 
 

 

-

 

Loctite securing Imbus bolts M6x20 with LOCTITE 243 

-

 

Tighten the sprocket nut torque to 35Nm 

-

 

Tension the chain but do not over load it, the chain slack should be approx 10mm
