Top Glass Holder Removed
3. Remove top Glass Holder.
4. Reverse this procedure to install a replacement
End Glass.
End Glass – Hot Food Unit
WARNING:
THE POWER MUST BE TURNED OFF
AND DISCONNECTED AT ALL TIMES
DURING MAINTENANCE OR REPAIR
FUNCTIONS.

1. Unpack and inspect the End Glass Kit.
2. Ensure that the Thermostat is in OFF position
and disconnect unit from its power source.
3. Remove and discard old glass, gaskets and
extrusion.
Extrusion
Line up with
holes in unit
Proper Placement of Extrusion.
3. Line up the holes in the Extrusion with the
holes in the outside end of the Hot Food unit
and screw extrusion into position.

4. Place the Large Gasket onto the lower
unprotected edge of the glass and the Small
Gasket on other unprotected edge of the
glass.
