Your Dualit Lite radio comes equipped with Dynamic
Range Control (DRC) to make it easier to hear when you
are in a noisy environment. With the radio on:
•
•
Press and hold the ‘INFO’ button for three seconds
until the display shows ‘Station Order’.
•
•
Turn the tuning knob until the display shows ‘DRC
Value’ and press to select. Turn the tuning knob to
scroll through the three DRC options:
DRC 0
(default – DRC is switched off and broadcast
DRC will be ignored).
DRC 1/2
(DRC level is set to 1/2 that sent by the
broadcaster).
DRC 1
(DRC is set as sent by the broadcaster).
•
•
Press the TUNE knob to confirm the setting. The
display will return to normal tuning mode.
NOTE: NOT ALL DAB BROADCASTS USE THE DRC
FUNCTION. IF THE BROADCAST DOES NOT SUPPORT
DRC, THEN THE DRC SETTING IN THE RADIO WILL
HAVE NO EFFECT.
