Heat 250ml (9fl oz) a cupful of
milk, until just boiling. Remove

banana into a tall jug and add a
handful of one or two fruits, e.g.
strawberries, blueberries, mango,

pulp. With the blender running,
gradually pour in some milk to
the consistency you like and the
smoothie is ready to drink

milk to the boil in a pan and whiz

Pour into a cup of hot coffee and
stir in gently without breaking the
