6. Electrical connection of photocell lighting lamps to the twilight sensor
Lighting lamps are intended mainly for cooperation with external lighting control
circuits, such as a twilight sensor. Lamp power supply in photocells is in the range of 12..24VAC /
DC. It is best to use a separate 24V power supply to power the entire system with a twilight
switch - photocell lamp. If the current capacity allows it, the power supply output of the gate
controller can be used to supply power.
Remember to use a twilight switch with the same operating voltage as provided by the
power supply system!
An example of connecting a twilight sensor and a lighting lamp is shown in Figure 5.
