The cause of this may be a firmware issue or bad sectors
on the SD card. Reformatting the card will usually solve
this problem.
If you’re using an Apple computer and having problems
playing back video files, it may be down to the file format.
AVI video files can be troublesome when played back on
an Apple mac. A dedicated media player such as VLC
installed on your Apple Mac should play back smoothly
any AVI type video files.
