TROUBLE SHOOTING/FAQ
After the battery and micro SD card are installed correctly,
most of the problems can be solved by the following
methods:
1. Reset camera settings: Press the "
MENU " key> Press
the " UP/DOWN " key to find "Reset settings"> Press
" OK " key> Select " Yes " and press " OK " to confirm.
2. Format the micro SD card: Press the " MENU " key>
Press the " UP/DOWN " key to find "Format memory
card"> Press " OK " key> Select " Yes " and press " OK " to
confirm.
3. Reinstall alkaline AA batteries
4. Replace with a new micro SD card
5. Move the camera switch to
“ OFF ” mode wait 15-20
seconds to allow the camera to properly turn itself off,
then turn the camera back on. Do not move the switch
directly from
OFF to ON , always move the switch all the
way right to TEST first, then switch to ON . Make sure
that the switch is correctly in position to ensure the
proper mode.
