Go to the next PGM operation step
When this is selected, you can go to the next program operation step before the
current program operation step is finished.
The operation can be performed by inputting the 1-shot contact at the
multifunction input terminal.

Emergency stop B contact
When emergency stop A contact is input at the multifunction input terminal
during inverter operation, output from the inverter can be turned off.
Emergency stop B contact can also be turned off output from inverter.
