• Make sure the blade is clean and dry before sharpening.

TIPS:
• Use one smooth/continuous motion at about 1-2” length per
second. (About 4-8 seconds per stroke for a standard chef’s knife).
• Allow the side of the blade to rest on the angle guide surface.
• Use light pressure (weight of the blade) to keep the cutting
edge in contact with the edge guide surface.
