USE THE GRILL
This multifunctional oven offers 2 different modes of grilling.
Use broil mode, placing food in the center at the bottom of the grid (at the 3 or 4
grill from the bottom) because only the central portion of the heat is on.
Use the latest grill (one from below) by placing the tray collects grease and prevents
it into the bottom of the oven. When using this mode, we recommend using the
thermostat on the highest programming, however, this does not mean you cannot
use low temperature, simply adjust the thermostat knob to the desired temperature.
It programming "assisted ventilation grill" is extremely advantageous for grilling
food quickly, since the heat distribution makes possible not only to brown the
surface but also for cooking the bottom.
Furthermore, it can also be used to brown food at the end of the cooking process;
such as adding that gratin finish the baked pasta, for example.
When using this mode, place the rack in the second or third oven rack bottom (see
cooking table), then, to prevent grease from dripping onto the bottom of the oven
and thus smoke formation, Place a drip tray on the first grid below.
When using this mode, we recommend setting the thermostat to 200
℃
because it is
the most efficient way to use the grill, which is based on the use of infrared.
However; this does not mean you cannot use lower temperatures by simply
adjusting the thermostat knob to the desired temperature.
Therefore the best results when the modes of the grid are used are obtained by
placing the grid in the lower grids (see cooking table), then, to prevent grease from
dripping onto the bottom of the oven and the formation smoke, place a drip tray on
the first grid below.
BAKE CAKES
When baking cakes, always place in an oven preheated. Make sure the oven is
preheated (light "E" will turn off) Do not open the oven door during baking to prevent
not grow sweet.
