baking pans. When cooking in convection mode, only use a drip pan or cooking rack
at a time for uniform heat distribution. Use different grills available to balance the
amount of heat between the top and bottom of the oven. Select from the different
heights if the dish needs more or less heat from the top.

Position the thermostat knob "C": between 60

and Max. The upper and lower well
portion with the fan switched on, ensuring even distribution of heat evenly
throughout the oven.
This mode is especially recommended for cooking pre-packaged foods (such as
preheating is not necessary), frozen or pre-cooked food), as well as some
"homemade dishes.
The best results for cooking mode using the "quick cooking" are obtained if you use
only one space (second from bottom), please see the table entitled "Practical
Cooking Tips".
DELICATE COOKING

GRILL

Position the thermostat knob "C": Max. The top center light heat. The extremely high
and direct temperature of the grill can brown the surface of meats and roasts, not
allowing the juice out and so the meat remains tender. The grill is also highly
recommended for dishes that require a high surface temperature: beef steaks, veal,
steaks, burgers, etc.
Cook food with the oven door ajar.
