6.7. TORQUE VALUES FOR SPLIT FLANGE CONNECTIONS
The following chart provides the tightening torques for split flange connections used in hydraulic
systems. Split flanges and fitting shoulders should fit squarely. Install all bolts, finger tight and then
torque evenly. Over torquing bolts will damage the flanges and/or bolts, which may cause leakage.

installations. These torques are not recommended for tube with wall thickness of 0.9 [mm] or less.
