path, increased baseline noise and other consequences. When such phenomena occur,
replacement of sealing ring and plunger rod can be considered. The steps for replacing the pump
sealing ring is as follows:
1. Turn off the infusion pump and the main switch of the instrument power supply;
2. Unscrew the screws around the infusion pump counterclockwise to remove the infusion
pump;
3. Unscrew the four screws of the pump head counterclockwise. The inside of the removed
pump head is shown in the following figure. Carefully and gently remove the plunger rod
and sealing ring after unscrewing;

4. Replace the new plunger rod and the sealing ring and reassemble them completely.

Any lateral movement will cause the plunger rod to break. The plunger rod should
be operated vertically.
6.5 Replacement of conductivity cell
1. Turn off the conductivity cell heating button, stop the pump and turn off the power supply
of the instrument on the reverse control software;
2. Disconnect PEEK pipeline and joint;
3. Use a screwdriver to remove the three screws on the conductivity cell;
4. Remove the conductivity cell from the DB joint;
