Shut-down
●
Anschlussbögen an die Flaschenven-
tile schrauben.
Bei Handanschlüssen die Überwurf-
mutter von Hand bis zum Anschlag
leicht aufschrauben.
Kein Werkzeug verwenden!
Die Abdichtung wird erreicht, wenn
das Flaschenventil geöffnet wird und
der Druck den Profildichtring in den
Dichtspalt presst.

Alle Ventile der Gasflaschen langsam
öffnen – Anschlüsse mit Dichtprüf-
mittel dichtprüfen.

Eine Stilllegung der Anlage ist nur dann
zulässig, wenn sichergestellt ist, dass
keine Patienten durch den Ausfall der
Gasversorgung gefährdet werden!
Hausinterne Regelungen und Normen-
vorschriften beachten im europäischen
Wirtschaftsraum (EWR) gilt z. B. EN
737-3.

Notversorgung sicherstellen !

Flaschenventile der Flaschenbatterie
schließen.
●
Kaltvergaser absperren, falls ange-
schlossen.
●
Anlage durch Öffnen des Entla-
stungsventils druckentlasten.
●
Alle Ventile der Flaschenbatteriean-
lage schließen, sofern nicht War-
tungs- oder Instandsetzungsarbeiten
durchgeführt werden – um das Ein-
dringen von Feuchtigkeit bzw. Luft zu
verhindern.
●
Hinweisschilder anbringen.
●
Screw connecting bends to the
cylinder valves.
For hand connections, lightly screw
the cap nut on by hand as far as it will
go.
Do not use any tools.
The connection becomes leak-proof
when the cylinder valve is opened
and the pressure forces the profiled
sealing ring into the joint.
●
Slowly open all the valves on the gas
cylinders, test connections for leaks
with leak-testing solution.
Shut-down
The cylinder manifold may only be shut
down if no patients are going to be put
at risk by turning off the gas supply.
Follow internal regulations and any legal
requirements in the European Economic
Area (EEA), such as
EN 737-3.

An emergency supply must be
guaranteed.
●
Close cylinder valves on the cylinder
manifolds.
●
Shut-off VIE, if connected.
●
Depressurize the cylinder manifold
by opening the exhaust valve.
●
Close all the valves on the cylinder
manifold, provided that no
maintenance or repair work has to be
carried out, to prevent any moisture
or air from entering the cylinder
manifold.
●
Attach information labels.
