11. Start at the front corner of the Enclosure. Position a Front Tube Bracket on
the bottom Tube (
Figure 21 ). Secure the Bracket with two 5/16-18 Bolts and
Locknuts (found in product pack, Figure 4) using two 1/2" Wrenches but do
not fully tighten. Make sure the
fabric doesn’t get pin ched under the
Bracket.
12. Position the other Front Tube Bracket on the top Tube and secure with two
5/16-18 Bolts and Locknuts (found in product pack, Figure 4) using two 1/2"
Wrenches but do not fully tighten (
Figure 22 ). Make sure the fabric doesn’t
get pinched under the Bracket.
13. At the rear corner of the Enclosure, position a Rear Tube Bracket on the
bottom Tube and secure with two Bolts and Locknuts using two 1/2"
Wrenches (
Figure 23 ). Do not fully tighten until entire frame is secured onto
bed platform. E nsure fabric doesn’t get pinched under the Bracket.
14. Position the other Rear Tube Bracket on the top Tube and secure with two
Bolts and Locknuts using two 1/2" Wrenches (
Figure 24 ). Do not fully
tighten until entire frame is secured onto bed platform. E nsure fabric doesn’t
get pinched under the Bracket.
15. Stand up the Enclosure so the Brackets are resting on the Bed. Insert the two
ends of the right side Collector Tube into the holes at the corners of the
Collector Base (
Figure 25 ).
