39/ Air leaks between the ACP and the DMX.
Check/Replace the air line.
40/ Air leaks between the ACP and the return from flow
detector. Check/Replace the air line.
41/ Shuttle valve failure inside the ACP. Check/Replace
the shuttle valve.
42/ Line from the ACP to the DMX venturi option leaking.
43/ Compartment valve not opened, or there is no product
available.
44/ Jamming of the pump's air relief valve.
45/ Pup operation without venturi installed or operating.
46/ Pump is not rotating.
47/ Piping requirements are not met, trapping air.
48/ Clogged oil separator in the ACP.
49/ Truck acceleration mechanism is faulty.
50/ Check all piping connections for leaks.
51/ DMX overpressurized. Potential hammer peak or ther-
mal expansion condition. Install expansion tank to limit
the effects of this overall system flaw.
52/ Low pressure regulator is set too low.
See the “SETTING FLOWRATE AND ENGINE
SPEED” section of this IOM.
53/ Leaks inside the Flow Detector check valve. Repair or
replace Flow Detector.
54/ See the TXD IOM for the noise source.
55/ Exhaust of the Air Control Panel is not clogged, while
no venturi is being used.
56/ High pressure regulator is set too high. Adjust regula-
tor to lower setting.
