Handling the operator‘s manual
Read the operator’s manual completely before installing or using the spot.
Keep this manual in a safe place. In case you forward the spot towards third persons, also
give them the operating manual. Failure to follow these instructions may cause danger to
persons and damage to property.

2 x Torx-countersunk screw M3 x 20 for fastening the luminaire in the mounting sleeve
Installation tools
A T10 Torx key is required for installing the spot into the installation sleeve.
A slotted socket wrench or pipe wrench or special wrench with an opening of 15 mm is required
for tightening the cable gland inside the installation sleeve. It is available under the item number
98006 at

Regarding the electrical installation / connection of the open cable end, the required tool depends
on the chosen connection technology.
Mounting accessories (optional)
The installation of the
aquaros 5
in concrete, brick layered, coated, tiled and steel pools is exclu-
sively done using the installation sleeve aq EH 50, item number 93117, which must be ordered
separately.
Optionally, for thin-walled plastic and foil pools a sealing flange aq DS 50, item number 93108, is
available in addition to the installation sleeve.
