CC-Link Unit-1 Fault
-CC-Link of Stacker Crane is not ready. Check CC-Link 1 cable and connector.
Check if CC-Link board is broken , and if it is so,
replace them

CC-Link Unit-2 Fault
-CC-Link of Setup station #1 is not ready. Check CC-Link of Setup station #1 cable and
connector.
Check if CC-Link is broken , and if it is so, replace
them

CC-Link Unit-3 Fault
- CC-Link of Setup station #2 is not ready. Check CC-Link of Setup station #2 cable and
connector.
Check if CC-Link is broken , and if it is so, replace
them

MC1 DP Fault
- When Machining Center #1 is turned off or
DP cable is troubled, this alarm is occurred. -Turn on the power of the Machining Center
- Check DP cable and connector.
- Check if DP board is broken , and if it is so,
replace them

MC2 DP Fault
- When Machining Center #2 is turned off or
DP cable is troubled, this alarm is occurred. -Turn on the power of the Machining Center
- Check DP cable and connector.
- Check if DP board is broken, and if it is so,
replace them.

- When Machining Center #3 is turned off or
DP cable is troubled, this alarm is occurred. -Turn on the power of the Machining Center # 3
- Check DP cable and connector.
- Check if DP board is broken , and if it is so,

System PC Communication Fault
- When PLC is turned off or Ether net cable is
troubled, this alarm is occurred.
-Turn on the PLC
- Check cable and connector.
- Check if Ethernet cable is broken , and if it is so,
replace

Left Safety Door Open
- When Left door is opened, this alarm is
occurred. - Check the status of left door, and close left door
completely.

Right Safety Door Open
- When Right door is opened, this alarm is
occurred. - Check the status of Right door and close the Right
door completely.

Setup ST.-1 Door Close or Open Fault
- When [Setup ST.-1] door isn’ t opened or
closed completely for 7 seconds, this alarm is
occurred - Check the status of the [Setup ST.-1] door and
open or close the setup door completely.

- When Setup ST.-2 door isn’ t opened or
closed completely for 7 seconds, this alarm is
occurred - Check the Setup ST.-2 door and open or close the
