8.1 Alarm

Code Descriptions/cause Troubleshooting

Servo Control Power Break Trip
- When power is not supplied to servo motor,
this alarm is occurred. Check if control power switch (2.4.3) on front of
control panel is on.

AC220V Control Power Break Trip
- When over current flows into 220 volt line
system of the main panel, this alarm is
occurred. Check if cable or connector are short-circuited, and
if it is so, replace them.
Check if control power breaker is broken, and if it
is so, replace them.
- replace appropriate breaker specification

DC24V Control Power Break Trip
- When over current flows into 24 volt line
system of the main panel, this alarm is
occurred.
- Inappropriate breaker specification - Check if cable or connector are short-circuited,
and if it is so, replace them.
- Check if control power breaker is broken, and if it
is so, replace them.
- replace appropriate breaker specification

System PC Power Break Trip
- When over current flows into pc power line
system in the main panel, this alarm is
occurred.
- Inappropriate “ CONTACTOR MAGNET”
specification - Check if cable or connector are short-circuited,
and if it is so, replace them.
- Check if “ CONTACTOR MAGNET” is broken,
and if it is so, replace them.
- replace to the appropriate “ Contactor Magnet
Switch” specification.

Emergency Stop
-When [2.3.1] or [2.4.1] emergence button is
pressed, this alarm is occurred. - Turn Off the Emergency Stop Button on [2.3.1]
or [2.4.1] and reset the LPS controller

MC1 Emergency Stop
-When operator press emergence stop button of
MC1, this alarm is occurred. - Turn OFF the Emergency Stop Button of MC1 and
reset the LPS controller.

MC2 Emergency Stop
-When operator press emergence stop button of
MC2, this alarm is occurred. - Turn OFF the Emergency Stop Button of MC2 and
reset LPS controller.

MC3 Emergency Stop
-When operator press emergence stop button of
MC3 this alarm is occurred. - Turn OFF the Emergency Stop Button of MC3and
reset LPS controller.
