Disassembly and assembly of major components

6.3.34. Fuel injection pipe

●

Connect the fuel injection pipes to the fuel
injection pump and the nozzle respectively
and then assemble them by tightening
nuts.

●

Assemble the fuel return pipes by tighten-
ing fixing nuts.

6.3.35. Fuel filter

●

After installing the fuel filter in the bracket
and assemble the fuel inlet and outlet
hoses.

●

Check the fuel adjusting cock whether its
position is placed as figure in order to use
both filters all the time.

6.3.36. Alternator

●

Assemble the alternator bracket to the
lower part of cylinder block by tightening
the fixing bolts.

●

Install the alternator supporting plate.

●

Connect the crankshaft and the alternator
and water pump pulleys with V-belts by
inserting them into the respective pulleys.

●

Adjust the alternator support nut until the
belt tension can be 10 mm ~ 15 mm by
pushing with thumb.
