・ Under no circumstances shall DOCOMO be held liable for any loss or damage, due to loss of
opportunity such as positioning (communicating) result check, resulting from external causes
such as failure, malfunction or battery death of the FOMA terminal or blackout.
・ FOMA terminal is unavailable as a navigation device for aircraft, vehicles, persons, etc. Under no
circumstances shall DOCOMO be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from navigation
using the location information.
・ FOMA terminal is unavailable as high-precision location surveying GPS. Under no circumstances
shall DOCOMO be held liable for any loss or damage arising from positioning error.
・ Because GPS is managed by the U.S. Department of Defense, GPS wave conditions may be
controlled (accuracy degraded or wave stopped) for security reasons of the U.S.
・
The GPS function except Position location is unavailable when FOMA terminal is out of service area.
