DOCOMO Connection Manager
DOCOMO Connection Manager is a useful software for performing the flat-rate data
communications and the measured-rate data communications. "DOCOMO Connection
Manager" enables simplification of mopera U subscription, or appropriate setting on PC
depending on the subscription. The fare counter function is also available for checking an
indication of the data traffic or usage amount.
This document describes procedures to install DOCOMO Connection Manager.
* To connect the FOMA terminal to the Internet, signing in to the flat-rate data plan or FOMA service, and the Internet
service provider including mopera U is required, which supports data communication. For more information, see
DOCOMO website.
Use of measured-rate data communications
Note that the communication charge can become expensive if packet communication is used to communicate
large volumes of data such as to view sites and websites containing images or to download data (eg:
applications, music, movie data, or update files for OS or anti-virus software).
Note that data communication with a PC using a USB Cable is out of the FOMA packet flat-rate services, such
as flat-rate data plans in "Pake-Houdai", "Pake-Houdai full".
