5.0 OPERATION
5.1 OPERATORS
The machine has been designed for use by one operator only, over 18 years of age;
it has not been designed for use by disabled persons.
The personnel responsible for operating the machine must have (or acquire by suitable training) the
requirements indicated below, and moreover must have read and understood this manual and all the
information it contains:
►
sufficient general and technical knowledge to understand the contents of this manual and correctly
interpret the figures, drawings and diagrams;
►
knowledge of the main health and safety standards;
►
knowledge of how to behave in the event of emergencies, where to find the personal protective
equipment and how to use this correctly;
►
maintenance personnel, as well as the characteristics described above, must also have suitable
technical training.
5.2 CONTROL DEVICES
The machine’ s control unit consists of:
►
Control panel (start/stop) (1 Fig. 11).
►
Levers for operating the machine (2 Fig. 11).
