BEFORE YOU GET STARTED
If the collar is not in use for an extended period of time, make sure
the collar is fully charged before it's left idle. This, and a monthly
charge, will help extend the battery life.
Avoid leaving the collar on the dog for more than 12 hours per day.
Before using your dog training bark collar, please fully charge the
collar and remote with approximately 2 hours.
If you are unsure whether this product is appropriate for your dog,
please consult your veterinarian or certified trainer.
Do not use this product if your dog is aggressive, or if your dog is
prone to aggressive behavior.

WARRANTY
We provide a 1-YEAR warranty from the date of purchase. This
product has undergone a thorough quality inspection at the factory
to ensure that the product is in good condition. We will remedy all
defects in workmanship or materials within the warranty period.

In order for the warranty to be granted, all warranty claims must be
accompanied by proof of purchase from an authorized distribution
partner.
We DO NOT offer a warranty for products that have been bought
secondhand or as a resold product. Any water damage on the remote
and the Water Resistant Receiver of our product series will not be
covered. Damages due to improper installation or use, unauthorized
removal / modification / repair are not covered by the warranty.
