Maintenance

Pump Housing Disassembly - Single Mechanical Seal

Prior to removal of pump, the shut-off valves in the suction and discharge lines must be closed.  If there is any risk that product 

may harden, crystallize or freeze in the pump it should be thoroughly drained and cleaned immediately after use. Same 

attention applies if there is a seal flush option. Power needs to be locked out to prevent unintended start of the pump.

Note:  Reference numbers are listed in the sectional view located on pages 61-73.
