Drive - 46

ST37x Operator’s Manual

Start Unit

Ensure all controls are in neutral.

Set parking brake.

Move throttle to half open.

Turn ignition switch to start position and release when engine starts.

Drive

General Operation

Disengage parking brake.

Pull boom lift control to raise boom off ground.

Move track drive control to steer unit. See page 33

Adjust throttle as needed.

NOTICE:

•

Start and operate only from the platform.

•

Only operate in well ventilated areas.

EMERGENCY SHUTDOWN:

Turn ignition switch to STOP.

Tipover possible. Machine can tip over and crush you.

To help avoid injury:

• Always operate with heavy end uphill.

• Drive cautiously at all times.

• Never jerk control levers. Use a steady even motion.
