SK500 Operator’s Manual

10 Hour

CMW

Check Air Filter

Honda

Check air filter every 10 hours.

1.

Remove air cleaner cover (1).

2.

Remove and inspect foam (2) and paper (3) filter elements.

3.

Clean or replace elements if they are dirty or damaged. See “Clean Air Filter” on page 54.

4.

Wipe dirt from insides of air cleaner cover and body with a moist rag.

5.

Install both elements into air cleaner case.

6.

Install cover and latch tabs securely.

IMPORTANT:

Ensure that seal lip (4) is not folded over.
