Transport - 36

SK500 Operator’s Manual

Haul

CMW

Load

Start engine.

Slow engine to low throttle.

Pull lift arm control to raise mount plate (and attachment) clear of trailer, but keep it low.

Move unit to rear of trailer and align with ramps.

Move both track drive controls forward and slowly move unit onto trailer until tiedown position is
reached.

Push lift arm control to lower mount plate (and
attachment) to trailer bed.

Turn ignition switch off.

Close fuel shutoff valve (shown).

Tie down unit.

Crushing weight. If load falls or moves it could kill or crush you. Use

proper procedures and equipment or stay away.

NOTICE:

•

Load and unload trailer on level ground.

•

Incorrect loading can cause trailer swaying.

•

Attach trailer to vehicle before loading or unloading.

•

Ten to fifteen percent of total vehicle weight (equipment plus trailer) must be on tongue to help
prevent trailer sway.

NOTICE:

If loading onto tilt-bed trailer, be prepared for trailer to tilt.
