8 Troubleshooting

The control cube
switches off before
the room has been
completely cleaned.
The cleaning robot is out of range.
Switch off the appliance, put it close to the control cube in the room to
be cleaned and switch it back on.
The signal of the control cube is being interfered with.
Ensure that the control cube is not close to TVs, telephones or under flu-
orescent tubes.
The LED on the con-
trol cube is emitting
a red light or will not
switch on.
The batteries in the control cube are empty.
Replace the empty batteries,

The cleaning robot
is cleaning, but the
on/off switch is
flashing red.
The battery is running low.
Charge the batteries as described,

Help by turning off the appliance, putting it on an open surface in the
room to be cleaned and turning it back on.
You have not put the robot on the floor yet and instead are holding it in
the air.

sponding cleaning mode,

You tried to charge the appliance with another mains adapter.
Only use the mains adapter supplied with the cleaning robot to charge it.
The cleaning robot

The AC adapter is not plugged in properly. Check whether the plug or
the AC adapter are fitted correctly in their sockets (

The operating time
per battery charge
decreases with time.
The wheels may be being prevented from turning by dirt. This increases
the power required.
