Degamma Table Select
Used to set and query degamma table settings.
CALL : “image,degammaselect,write,[table no.][parametric]”
: Where [table no.] is one of:
: 0 - Graphics/NTSC
: 1 - Graphics Enhanced
: 2 - NTSC Enhanced
: 3 - PAL/SECAM 2.8
: 4 - PAL/SECAM Enhanced
: 5 - Linear

: and [parametric] is in the range 0.01 to 4.0 in steps of 0.0001
