If any errors are logged into the GET, reformat (merge the GET into the RFT) to
map out new media errors.
4.5 The SPECIFYFLAW Command
Use the
daspecflaw(8)
command to specify the location of a media defect. (Used
primarily to download flaw information before reformatting.)
Data disks are numbered 1 through 8, parity is 9, and standby is 10.
Flaw information specified using this command is entered into the disk GET. You
can merge this data into the RFT when performing a FORMAT operation.
