— Displays configuration and status information from the DECmpp Sx
disk array controller, Version 1.1
Syntax
dadisk [-t disktype] [diskarray]
Description
The parameters of a disk drive are examined with the
dadisk
command by using
the
disktype
parameter. This is an example of the
dadisk
command output:

The command
dadisk
with no arguments outputs a list of known
disktype
and
disknames.
The optional argument
diskarray
is a character special file associated with the
disk array controller to which the command should be sent. If not specified,
diskarray
defaults to the first controller (
/dev/da0
).
Restrictions
Root privileges are required to execute these commands.
