6.1 Inbetriebnahme
6.1 Start-up
Bei der Montage und Inbetriebnahme des Ventilators ist
folgendes zu beachten:
Das Gerät ist vor der ersten, und vor jeder neuen
Inbetriebnahme sorgfältig auf ordnungsgemäßen Zustand
zu prüfen.
Geräte, welche zum Beispiel bei der Anlieferung oder der
Installation Beschädigungen aufweisen, dürfen nicht
betrieben werden.
Es ist dafür zu sorgen, dass ein zuverlässiger Schutz gegen
Eindringen von Fremdkörpern, Rost, Flugrost und sonstigen
Eisenoxiden vorhanden ist.
Nur regelmäßig geschultes Fachpersonal darf die Geräte
aufstellen, montieren, betreiben und warten.
Betrieb nach fehlerhafter Montage oder Wartung führt zu
nicht bestimmungsgemäßem Gebrauch.
Die elektrische Installation wird gemäß DIN EN 60204
ausgeführt. Für einen vollständigen Potentialausgleich ist zu
sorgen: d.h. ausreichende, Sach- und fachgerechte Erdung
aller elektrisch leitenden Teile. An der am Motorgehäuse
außen angebrachten Schutzleiterklemme ist ein Schutzleiter
anzuschließen.
Sicherstellung der Zugänglichkeit für eine regelmäßig
durchzuführende Wartung des Gerätes.
Bei Inbetriebnahme eines Ventilators dürfen keine
Fremdkörper im mediumberührten Bereich vorhanden sein.
Bei Motoren mit abweichenden ATEX-Zündschutzarten sind
die Bedienungsanleitungen des Motorherstellers zu
beachten.
The following should be noted when assembling and starting up
the fan:
When started up for the first time and whenever started up
subsequently, first carefully check that the device is in the
proper condition.

installation must not be operated.
Ensure reliable protection from the ingress of foreign bodies,

The electric installation is undertaken in accordance with
DIN EN 60204. Ensure sufficient potential equalization: i.e.
sufficient, proper and professional earthing of all electrically
conductive parts. An earth conductor should be connected
to the earth conductor terminal fitted on the outside of the
motor housing.
Ensure access for regular device maintenance.
When a fan is started up, there must not be any foreign
bodies in the area in contact with the medium.
In the case of motors with other ATEX ignition protection
classes, the operating instructions of the motor
manufacturer should be observed.
7. Aufstellungsort

Der Aufstellungsort muss in Art, Beschaffenheit, Umgebungs-
temperatur und Umgebungsmedium für den jeweiligen Ventilator
geeignet sein.

8. Elektrischer Anschluss

Der Elektrische Anschluss muss gemäß beiliegender
Betriebsanleitung Drehstrommotoren und beiliegenden
Sicherheitshinweisen ausgeführt werden.
Bei der elektrischen Installation sind die allgemeinen Installations-
hinweise zu beachten Der Schutzleiteranschluss ist im Klemmen-
kasten vorhanden.
Motoranschluss gemäß dem beigefügten Anschlussschema
vornehmen.
Bei Motoren mit aufgebautem Frequenzumrichter ist die
Betriebsanleitung
des
Frequenzumrichter-Herstellers
zu
beachten.

8.1 Drehrichtungsprüfung

Ventilator einschalten. Die Drehrichtung des Motors muss
entsprechend der Bauform rechts, oder links angeschlossen sein.
Bei falscher Drehrichtung sind L1 und L3 zu tauschen.
