Remedying poor print quality/paper jams caused by marking errors

If the print quality is poor or there is a paper jam because the print mark has not been recognized, clean
the sensors on the printer as follows:

•

Switch off the device. Also refer to the section "Basic Operation" for more information.

WARNING

The thermo array can become very hot.

1.

Press the two green buttons (1) and slide the
thermo array downwards from its mounting
(2).

2.

You can then tilt the thermo array forward.

3.

Remove any remaining paper from the paper
path and the blade area.

4.

Remove paper dust from the thermo array
(1) by using a cleaning cloth and some iso-
propyl (order number: 01750104065).
