Watchdog status:
0 = disabled.
1 = enabled.

Program the watchdog timer according to the following steps.

1. Enable the watchdog timer by writing 99h to Base+7.  This causes the timer to be reloaded with the value of 

WDT3-0 in Base+5 and starts the internal counter. 

2. When the watchdog is enabled and the internal counter is running, keep the watchdog from expiring by setting 

the WDTRIG bit in Base+4.  This reloads the counter with the value in Base+5.  If the counter reaches zero, 
watchdog circuitry pulses the reset line and disables the watchdog timer.

3. Disable the watchdog timer at any time by writing any value other than 99h to Base+7.
