Create A Trace With The Dialogic

Diagnostics Tool

To create a trace for the Dialogic

Media Gateway Series, you need to set the correct debug level in the Dialogic

Diva

SIPcontrol

software web interface first. Then you can create a trace in the Dialogic

Diva

Diagnostics

tool.

To set the correct debug level in the Dialogic

Diva

SIPcontrol

software web interface:

Click

Start > Programs

Dialogic Diva

SIPcontrol Configuration

to open the Diva SIPcontrol software

web interface.

Click

SIPcontrol

on the left hand side to open the configuration interface.

In the configuration interface, click

System Settings

and set the

Debug level

Extended

To create a trace with the Diva Diagnostics tool:
