Symptom Steps to take
Radiograp
h image problem
After image is
radiographed using
sensor, if image of LCD
screen is shown
enlarged or reduced

Check if image display is set to display fitting to LCD
screen in environment setting.
After image is
radiographed using
sensor, if LCD screen
image is too blurred or
too dark

In case of digital sensor, image can be viewed with
1/10 of X-RAY used existing film. Perform radiograph
again after adjusting to proper time.
Radiographed image is
not showing after image
is radiographed using
sensor

Confirm if sensor is connected to product. if sensor
is not connected, radiograph image may not be
displayed or noisy image many be displayed.

If image is not radiographed even after sensor is
connected, contact designated A/S center.
Why are there spots
showing on
radiographed image
using sensor?

Confirm if sensor is connected to product accurately.

If image does not have any change after taking
measures, contact designated A/S center.

Low battery sign is
displayed on LCD
window

Check battery pack residual quantity, and replace
with charged battery pack.

Confirm if battery pack cover is closed, and if it is
open, check battery connection and close it by
pushing cover all the way.
When battery is not
charged

Confirm LED of battery charger adapter and cradle.

If LED of battery charging cradle is red while
charging, charged status is displayed in green only.

Confirm if battery charging cradle and battery pack
are connected accurately.
