First tab for DICOM file information input window is to enter patient's ID, name,
and gender on patient information window.

Second tab of DICOM file information input window is comprised of institution
information window as shown in Figure 7.36, enter X-RAY radiographed
institution and medical doctor information.

Third tab of DICOM file information input field window is an address window,
and for entering patient or radiograph institution address. Fourth tap is a
manufacturer information window, and for entering device manufacturer and
device information.
