STUDIO software must be open to reset the receiver.
Customize what happens each time you open/run the software.
These
options are intended for healthcare professionals only.
You can also choose to automatically be prompted to reset after every
download by making this selection in the Options menu.
1. Click on “Health Care
Professionals” option and
this screen will drop down.
2. Click on “Prompt to reset the receiver after every download.” – select
whether to be prompted to reset the receiver after every time you
download data.
Resetting will erase all data from the receiver database, set the receiver
time and date to the Internet time and date, and set the prior transmitter
ID and blind/unblind settings back into the receiver. This is the preferred
setting when you are using the Dexcom G4 PLATINUM Professional
System for multiple patient use.

the Dexcom STUDIO software, see the Dexcom STUDIO Software
User’s Guide.
NOTE: The receiver will store each patient’s data in its memory. For
multiple patient use, it is important that you erase the receiver data
memory after each patient use. This will ensure patient privacy with
subsequent users.
