- If the pressure value is greater then 0.8’’W.C.
(or nears this value) there is an obstruction in
the flue pipe
- If the vacuum value is greater then 0.8’’W.C.
(or nears this value) there is an obstruction in
the air inlet pipe.
The total pressure must be more then 0.15 ‘’ W.C. If it
is not the case, there is not enough restriction in the
system. Verify the conformity of flue pipe, air inlet
pipe installation and size of the diffuser of the side
wall venter (two sizes exist: 1.688’’ and 2.000’’ model).
5.3) R7184 control operation:
After a call for heat after a 3 seconds period, if flame
is not detected the control enters lockout state (after
lockout time of 15 or 30 seconds). The motor, ignition
system and valve shut off.
Led flash at 1 Hz (1/2
second on, 1/2 second off).
Depress reset button to
return to power up sequence. If reset button is pushed
three times without device entering Run mode, R7184
enters in Restricted mode.
Led flash at 1 Hz (1/2
second on, ½ second off).
Reset device by pressing
and holding reset button for a minimum of 30
seconds.
If flame is lost and Lockout time has expired, burner
motor, ignition system and valve shut down
immediately. R7184 enters Recycle Mode.
Led flash
at ¼ Hz (2 seconds on, 2 seconds off).
The burner
will try to start again after 60 seconds. The number of
recycle trials (for each call for heat) is limited to three
trials. After that the R7184 enters Lockout state.
Led
flash at 1 Hz (1/2 second on, 1/2 second off).
