the required maintenance and use of
proper fuel, oil, lubricants, and coolant
are the responsibility of the owner.

Incidental or Consequential
Damages

DDC is not responsible for incidental

which the owner may incur as a result

of malfunction or failure covered by
this warranty, such as communication
